Women’s Ministry

“Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word.” (Luke 1:38) Through Mary’s obedience, the first coming of Jesus Christ was fulfilled. In this era, as the Gospel of the Kingdom is proclaimed to all nations, it will be through the obedience of women that the work leading to Christ’s second coming will be accomplished.

MMI’s women’s ministry helps women discover their identity in Christ from a redemptive-historical perspective of God’s Kingdom completion, and encourages them to use their generational gifts and traits to fulfill God’s will. Throughout Church history, faithful women have responded to God’s call with diverse ministries and roles.

Throughout Christian history, faithful women of every generation have carried out the Lord’s work in various ministries and roles. Through MMI’s women’s ministry, we first restore worship and prayer—the foundation of all ministry—and then, with this renewed worship and prayer, we invite families and the nations to experience and proclaim the transformative power of prayer and worship.

In many unreached people groups, women live in cultural and social bondage. Suffering and marginalized women on the mission field often remain unreachable without the ministry of other women. In these circumstances, God raises up a faithful generation of women who bring restoration to suffering women worldwide and proclaim the Gospel of the Kingdom to their impoverished hearts.

In particular, women in mission fields often face significant social constraints, making a holistic and culturally appropriate approach essential. The MMI Women’s Ministry Team continually explores creative, team-based strategies from a woman’s perspective, striving to bring the Good News of the Kingdom to those in pain around the world.

Senior’s Ministry

MMI recognizes the importance of senior involvement in missions and is actively engaged in various initiatives.

Educational Programs: As needed, MMI adapts its missionary training program, Dream Together, to the characteristics of the senior generation through special lectures and various gatherings, enabling seniors to participate more fully in missions.

Presenting Diverse Mission Fields: For seniors, who already possess a wealth of experience and wisdom, MMI introduces opportunities to apply their gifts and expertise to unreached people group missions. This encourages seniors to engage directly in field ministry, making use of their unique talents.

Networking: MMI works to establish networks among senior missionaries and foster international cooperation. This expands the influence of the senior missionary movement, harnessing the strengths and capabilities of seniors to advance God’s Kingdom as part of a united, holistic mission effort.

Through these activities, MMI encourages seniors to join in missions and seeks to inspire a new wave of spiritual revival.

Pastor’s Ministry

An organic partnership between local churches and mission organizations is crucial for fulfilling the Great Commission. Pastors play a pivotal role in fostering understanding and engagement in this collaboration.

When pastors serving in local churches participate in diverse ministries connected to the mission field, and when church members work in synergy with mission organizations, it leads to both the spiritual growth of the local church and the appropriate professional engagement of mission activities on the field.

God has granted the Church authority to overcome the gates of Hades. Ultimately, the Church is the primary agent of missions. For the Church to serve effectively on the field, MMI seeks close cooperation with local churches. Such practical partnership becomes possible when pastors understand and actively participate in missions. MMI offers mission-oriented programs and short-term mission opportunities for pastors to this end.

In conclusion, strengthening pastors’ understanding and involvement in missions is a key factor in expanding a church’s mission capacity. Pastoral comprehension and participation in missions greatly influence the entire church’s missionary activity and play a critical role in advancing God’s Kingdom.
